2.3 Free Sample Policy

Apply to become our distributor to qualify for free samples. For specific sample quantities and application procedures, please consult your dedicated account manager.

3. Product Customization Process

Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): 200 pieces per color, mixed sizes allowed for the same color

Customization Process:

1. Submit Design Requirements: Provide high-resolution images or design drafts. Our team will offer preliminary quotations and MOQ confirmation based on your requirements.
2. Sample Production and Confirmation: Sample production takes 7-10 days. Sample fee is USD 50 per piece. Once the sample is confirmed, this fee will be fully refunded when you place a formal bulk order.
3. Production and Shipping: After sample confirmation, pay a 50% deposit to arrange production. Standard production cycle is 2-4 weeks (depending on order quantity). Pay the balance upon completion and we will ship the goods.

4. Bulk Purchase Discount Policy

We offer tiered discounts for bulk purchases:

For VIP customers with order amounts exceeding $10,000, we offer exclusive customized discount plans.

5. Logistics Solutions and Delivery Time

Order Processing Time: All orders are typically shipped within 2 working days after payment.

6. Dropshipping Service

Our Dropshipping service allows you to start an e-commerce business without inventory. Currently supports Shopify store integration.

Setup Steps:

1. Store Integration: Log into the Sodalemon dropshipping system, go to [Store Management] in the backend, and follow instructions to connect your Shopify store.
2. Configure Rules: Set price markup rules in [General Settings]; configure shipping rates through the shipping tool and sync to your store backend.
3. Add Products: Select products from the Sodalemon product catalog, click [Push to Store] to list products and start selling.
4. Process Orders: After customers place orders, they automatically sync to the dropshipping backend. You only need to pay for the orders, and we will arrange shipping within 2 working days.

7. Return and After-Sales Policy

7.1 Quality Issue Returns

• Reporting Window: Contact customer service within 3 days after receipt
• Evidence Requirements: Provide clear photos/videos demonstrating defects
• Solution: Full refund to original payment method after verification (no return required)

7.2 Non-Quality Issue Returns/Exchanges

• Order Cancellation: Only supported before shipment
• Return/Exchange Window: Within 3 days after receipt
• Cost Responsibility: Customer bears return shipping and reshipment costs

• Choose Economical Logistics Solutions: Consider Air Freight Express Line (DDP door-to-door with tax included) for better cost-effectiveness while maintaining reasonable delivery time.
• Small Batch Purchasing Strategy: Start with dropshipping model initially, no need to stock inventory while enjoying more economical shipping options.
• Bulk Purchase Discounts: Single purchases exceeding 20kg qualify for more economical shipping options, combined with order amount discounts.
