odalemon ships all its orders from China. Typically, it takes 5 to 7 days for orders to arrive at their destination. The shipping costs are primarily based on the volume of the package, with an average cost ranging from$3 to $4 per item. We mainly utilize DHL or FedEx as our shipping carriers to ensure fast and reliable delivery.

Yes, You can contact our customer service to obtain it. They will provide you with this information through Google Drive or email.
Does sodalemon provide diverse logistics? What are the specific methods and what is the logistics timeliness?
Yes, sodalemon offers diversified logistics options to ensure efficient and reliable delivery of its products. Some of the specific shipping methods we typically use include:
- DHL: Our DHL transfer from Hong Kong will usually arrive after 5-7 days. (Courier companies do not deliver on weekends.)
- FedEx: Our Fedex is shipped directly from China. The waybill number will generally be updated within 24 hours after shipment. Shipping time is 6-8 days.
- Other International Carriers: Mainly small package carriers like USPS. The main packages transported are sample packages weighing less than 2kg. If you need cheaper sample logistics cost. You can choose this shipping method.
Can I customize the style according to my design or picture?
